The Vision, Purpose and Mission of FCOG-RNY PHASE II includes completing the current church physical structure and building additional multi-purpose facilities on existing church-owned adjoining properties.

Multi-faceted Conference Center for conducting community forums, seminars, workshops and town hall meetings designed to equip a community of people to be an asset in society and not a liability.
