REFUND POLICY

At First Church of God-Rochester, we deeply appreciate your generosity and support through donations, event registrations, and other contributions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Donations
All donations made to First Church of God-Rochester are considered final. However, we understand that errors can occur. Refunds for donations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, typically under the following conditions:

Duplicate Donations: If you accidentally made a duplicate donation, we will gladly refund the amount of the second donation.

Incorrect Amount: If an error occurred in the donation amount, we can adjust the donation or provide a refund for the excess amount donated.
To request a refund for a donation, please contact us at admin@fiirstchurchofgod-rochester.org or 585-232-1310 within 14 days of the donation. Please provide your full name, donation date, and receipt number, and allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Event Registrations
For paid events hosted by First Church of God-Rochester, refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

Cancellation by Us: If the event is canceled by First Church of God-Rochester, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Participant Cancellation: If you are unable to attend an event for which you’ve registered, you may request a refund no later than 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees. Requests made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Products and Merchandise
At this time, First Church of God-Rochester does not sell physical products or merchandise. Should this change in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of donation or event registration. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Changes to This Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
